GRP Showcase
Volume 1
GRP is history. Founded in 1978 by keyboard player Dave Grusin and Larry Rosen, it’s a label that evokes such great memories for those with a penchant for jazz-funk. Tom Browne, Don Blackman, Bernard Wright? Case rested.
11 tracks cover a 16 year period as Mike Chadwick takes a look at GRP which in 2012 officially celebrated 30 years of producing consistently fine jazz & fusion flavours. Included here is some classic Dave Grusin from the Arista era as well.
Your feedback is always welcome and we hope you enjoy another unique presentation from SoulandJazz.com.
